Even the best designer can overlook things.
We hope to minimize problems by making a mockup of the interior of the
Whelp out of cheep plywood and foam. Areas that are "tight"
will become readily apparent. We even found the actual size/dimensions
of all of the interior components (speakers, A/C module, watermaker, etc.),
made them out of foam, and placed them inside to make sure they would
actually fit.

| Steve is attaching the
Celutex insulation foam to the stainless refrigeration boxes, This
foam is more efficient than other foams but has the unfortunate propensity
to absorb moisture. It therefor has to be carefully encapsulated in
aluminum foil and later epoxy to keep the moist air away from it. |
