In responding to a need in Portland Harbor to provide a centralized setting for marine training resources, PYS is proud to announce the establishment of the Marine Learning Center (MLC). The Marine Learning Center will be offering Coast Guard Licensing Courses, from Launch Drivers Licenses through 200-Ton Captains Licenses, boat safety courses, and more.
